Please be advised that returns or exchanges are only acceptable within 7days of its delivery to you when the product is faulty, the wrong item is delivered. If the reason for a return or exchange is not listed above, all items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return.

Return or exchange item must be in new, unused condition, and the original package.
 
Damaged/Faulty items/wrong items
We highly recommend you inspect the product immediately
upon receiving the product and check if the item is deemed faulty,
defective or if you receive the wrong product.
 
To lodge a return or exchange, please contact to us
at oneurstudio@gmail.com with your name, order number
and a photo of the faulty item to resolve the issue quickly.
 
If your return or exchange request is accepted,
we will assist you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
 
Please note that packages sent back to us without requesting
a return or exchange will not be accepted and will not be refunded or sent back.
 
We recommend using registered/trackable post
as we are not responsible for lost packages on their way back to us.
 
Please note that wear and tear, malleable or tarnishing
are not considered a fault.
 
Each of the natural gemstones and freshwater pearls used in our jewelry
has its own unique characteristics, such as natural inclusions or irregularities.
Therefore, this is not a valid reason for return or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method,
once our service team receives the returned item.
In this case, you will get notified via email about your return status.
  
Please note that it may take some time
for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  
Increased shipping fees due to oversized packaging in
the return/exchange process will be at the buyer's expense.
We reserve the right to deduct the increased charge from
the refunded amount or request a further discussion with a buyer.
